For the past 2 years I have been suffering from severe irratibility and I have tried everything possible. For example, I have tried medication but I couldn't take the side effects. I have tried exercising and eating a sensible diet and taking a multivitamin. That doesn't work. I seen a psychiatrist and a psycho therapist that doesn't work. I have tried everything and I am currently taking a supplement called SAM-e. I'm hoping that will work. Does anyone have any advice. Please help. I am tired of being so irratible.

It's really hard, but you need to think of a way to control yourself. If you like reading books, sometimes some self-help is motivating, but its all about self-control. Also maybe try listening to relaxing music, meditating, or slowing your thoughts so you get less irritable, so u can slow down and ask yourself 'do i have to really be this irritated over this'. I mean being irritated doesn't help, and I know im easy to peeve to sometimes, when people do something that annoys me, its really hard. I just learn patience, and some kind of control. And depending on what irritates you, overtime u can learn to ignore it because i just dont care about some people or things anymore, like if they are being stupid- i have better things to do with my time than get worked up over them.
