Alright, so I looked at all 27 pictures of the new "Supermodels," on this page and tried to keep an open mind. I really wanted to be able to say that none of them were actually ugly, but if I said that, I would be lying. Some of them are pretty, some are average, some are odd and goofy looking, and sadly, some of them really are ugly. Check out these 27 people and tell me what you think of them. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26037035/?pg=27#TDY_UglyModels

Ok i will admit they all had their very own look. I would not call them common supermodels, but i think everyone is beautiful. so i say good for them for doing what they want to do and for making money at it

Some of these people don't like to bad. All of the tattoos was to much for some of them. A lot of the men looked ok they just need a hair cut. At the same time I agree with you some of them are ugly.

With all of the odd people, it is hard to take them serious as supermodels. Seems more like a circus or clown show to me.

I thought they were all very unique and even though not considered the norm when it comes to models, there were two guys who looked cute LOL

Yes, there were a few attractive people in there. But some of them looked out of this world.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Now a days they put so much make up on people you cannot tell who some one is most of the time.

You are right about that. Almost anyone can be beautiful after "Hollywood" gets a hold of them.

Hi Rozie37! I have seen them all and I think that the talent agency is now looking at a different way of showcasing models. Just as they have said that beauty comes in different shapes and sizes. I guess, they are trying to be more realistic and trying to reach out more to the average people. "Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" Take care always..God Bless!

I guess you are right. I would have a hard time taking a lot of them seriously though. i really believe that someone went over board to make a point.

I understand how you feel. But I think modeling is not all beauty. Maybe those 'ugly' ones are doing great in their stuff & attitude wise. Beauty is nothing if you now nothing, as the saying goes.

I understand what you are saying, but for the most part, their ugliness was not natural. They purposely made themselves to appear odd looking.

I wouldn't consider them "ugly" a couple of them are goofy yes, but alot of them are like people I'd see anywhere. Others have faces that have CHARACTER...like if they were in a movie or a story, you could easily recognize them. Some of these people with character are actually pretty striking. And then some of them are just adorable. I think it's awesome that they're not relying on the stick-thin stereotype anymore...and branching out to more unique looking people. (I love piercings and tattoos as well, so I don't mind that either.) It provides a more realistic approach to things!

Well considering that the point of the photo's was to show ugly people I'm not surprised. Hence the source of the photo's was UglyNY.com... I wouldn't call them supermodels like the title above the photo's said.

Some of them were only ugly because of the attitude they portrayed and or their accessories, including those awful tattoos.

hello..i think that the values and aspects of pretty and ugly are different for everyone..sometimes i might feel this pretty but people don't feel the same as me..these make me feel want to ask who set that girls with slim body, long hair, big eyes, small nose, small mouth and fair skin must be pretty?why don't girl with fat body, bold, small eyes, big nose, big mouth called as pretty?what actually people see in beauty?sometimes i feel confuse of the word pretty and ugly.. happy mylotting!

I do not feel that the average supermodel is pretty. I am a realist and they look quite sickly to me. They are also a bad influence on the young girls who think that this is the way to be. I could have respected some of these models a little more if I did not feel that they went out of their way to look extra weird.
