what emotion makes u lose control, as for mine it would be when i get upset, and I completely lose it and it gets very hard just for it to go away. IT took me two days for it pass, and know I have to fix some stuff that i broke. since know im calmed down i thought wouldn't this be a good conversation to have, to under stand oneself by talking to others instead of going to see some one and pay money just to talk. so but down some good advice on what u do to calm down, and if u do know what triggers it.
