How can you know if someone really is safe?

Hi... Nice to meet you here. It is not easy to know whether is that a safe person or not. But there are some ways that we can use to check a person altitude. Try to ask for a help and see how that person react to you. If he or she is willing to help and didnt ask for something then maybe he or she is not a bad person. We also can get to know more about a person altitude by communicating with a person. The more you communicate with someone the more you understand him or her.
