how does a PTR site work? - you read emails then? better give me an overview guideline.. best explanation, best rsponse*help me and ill be one of your referrals

well I am not really sure but I want to try to start up one that is a little similar to that of inbox dollars, as I think those are actually better in the long run, but I am not sure how to do it, I figured out how to try to do what I can with major affiliate programs and working on creating a website that I can use them with. So I will see what happens.
