Which is good to improve our body or keep healthy body??

Friends i have a querry. Doing exercise out side in a park or in the nature is good or else doing exercise in the home it self with electronic materials is good?? because nowadays we are getting so much of electronic machines to do exercise in home with costliest price. So which one you prefer to say about??

Its simple improve your body till you become healthy and then maintian your health. I feel doing exercise in the park or garden with sun rays touching your skin is helpful as it helps your skin to synthesis Vit D which is essential for the growth of the body. Increased use of electronic materials do help but not in a complete way. How about doing both. I think it would be a great combination. What would you say?

Ya that's right. sun rays are really important to the human being that's in the morning sun rays. It's essential for us to be healthy. Electronic materials will not do this kind of work. Happy Mylotting.

We just cannot electronic exercise machines. As I have already mentioned combining both will be useful. With electronic machines we can decrease the fat easily and its possible to tone up a particular part. Do you agree?

well as for me i would tell you to see comedy shows and enjoy your life.. thats the best medicine to stay healthy!!

Ha ha ha ha right but its for smile and health but i am telling you to exercise your whole body. Because we will sit one side on a chair or sofa and we will watch comedy we will laugh. But if we do some exercise then it's good for health. Thanks for replying to my discussion.

Outdoor exercises are the best if you ask me, but then it depends on the time that is available to you. Further, the weather conditions sometimes do not permit outdoor exercises. Doing it outdoor also means that you do not have to spend money on the equipment or in going to a gym.

Ya offcourse friend it depends on the time schedule. Because every person is not free in the morning. But if possible they can try or else they can go by the evening. Out door exercise is good to breathe and for health. Happy Mylotting.

wihtout a question, the park is a better place. ppl do exercise at home because they live in a concrete jungle, or they dont have time to go out and run in the park.

Hi there Chandu! I think that it's important to have a healthy body. How you do that is a matter of your own preference though. Like me, I like dancing so it's the best form of exercise for me because I can have fun while exercising. Others would prefer walking, hiking, swimming, or other forms of exercise. I think that as long as it gives a satisfactory outcome, any kind of exercise is fine.

Hi nayaayangel, Ok according to you just whatever the exercise that we have to do in good manner. Ya offcourse every body should agree this response. Dancing is really healthy to our body but i don't know to dance so how can i friend?? Any way thanks for replying to my discussion.

well i think u have to do exersice regularly whether u use electronics machine or u go outsie..!! i prefer go outside..!! and ya yoga is also a good exersice..i do it regularly..!! keep lotting.!!

Wooww nice friend that i met. You really do Yoga regularly means you are really healthy person. It's good for human being. I also like that one. Doing Yoga in nature is more convinient rather than doing in home. Happy Mylotting friend.
