It's terrible, I 'm trying to convert to vegan and I buy a packet of raw organic cashew every week. The problem is when I start nibbling, I often eat them really fast and I don't fulfil my intention of spreading them out over the week - they disappear to fast. One day I almost got over eating cashews because I think I ate too many, but now my next packet has arrived and I just had a little bowl of them and I am worried I will have another little bowl of them.
I would buy more but they are very expensive, so I would like them to last longer buy my willpower isn't strong enough.
Do you have this problem with cashews or can you resist them?

You seem to have this problem of finding food that you like irresistable.Even me sometimes feel the same way.I eat up roasted groundnuts, wafers and other such savoury snacks in a jiffy as I find them lip smacking.I think it is because of the spicy and tangy taste.I think you can avoid it only if you exercise your willpower and control your diet.
