feeling under the weather... what do you do?

since two days ago, i have been feeling under the weather and i feel sick... wah! and i haven't done the things i need to do. i just want to stay in bed but i have to go back tomorrow for work... LOL... if you are feeling under the weather, do you fight it or just give in and rest?

In a situation when I feel under the weather,I do take some herbal home based remedy and relax in the bed.I normally do not consult a doctor unless I do face any chronic prblem.Most often, I find the home treatment with a regulated diet and rest most effective and yielding benefit for quick recovery. Have a nice day !!

thanks for the reply... yes, i hope for a quick recovery.. i feel kinda miserable... i already drank 2 glasses of green tea... cold medicines and vitamin c. hope you are okay and having a great day! happy mylotting...

hey there shiloh_22!It's always warm nowadays.what I suggest you do is drink lots of water and stay indoors if u have to.Take care now!

thanks for the reply... yes, i am drinking alot of water... i feel water... i already alot of medicnes for the past two days already... huhuhuh... thanks for the advice.. i will stay indoors... how are you today? hope you are feeling fine... happy mylotting...

Sometimes it just depends on the situation and how bad I feel. I have only felt really under the weather at points in my life where I really needed to stop and lay down or relax. I am the type of person who fights sickness if I can.
I really don't like to succumb to illness as a rule because I always have something I need to do. Somehow I get the energy to keep going.
