What would you do or say?

Hi Mylot Friends and Users. If you had helped someone ie. a Relation and they had got to the point they really wanted to be back at ie. with their use of drugs and/or Alcohol and then they had met someone ie. A new Boy/Girl Friend or just a new friend and then they just went right back to where they had come sooooo far from. What would you do or say to them if you had the chance or would you just let it go and let them get sooooo bad that they really wanted to give it up all over again or would you tell them not to bother coming back when their lives were sooooo stuffed up and it was back where they wanted no more of life?
