what are good questions to ask to...

get to know someone really well?...hello everyone can you tell me some questions i can ask if i want to know someone well?...if already introduced... should i start with asking them abbout the job, their family and friends? or what kind of things they do in free time...hobbies...what music, movies,books they like ?...i usually ask nothing and just observe how they are and i always prefer the other person to ask questions to me and the topics start somehow...but what if i want to start...what do i say so that i don't look dumb in front of them? let me know... thanx!!

I would keep a good level of conversation. I love to ask questions to people and I go deep and they just love me for it. I make sure though I do not offend them, some get offended like what type of question is that? But I really don't care. Just start about something light like movies, food, colors, from there you get a good base then you boooooom!
