Can Deaf People Talk To Themselves In There Head?

I wonder If they can talk to themselves in there head I think they can't Because If you think about it they don't know what they sound like really. You Have to know what you sound like to be able to talk in your head / mind.. So I Feel Bad for them knowing that they can't talk in there heads / minds. It's like there brain Dead well thats how I will feel. All they can do is think but even then they just focus on one thing. It's like a person math but can't say the answers in there head.. They can play and mess with the numbers but nothing more.

That is the funniest of the day and very creative, wow I never wonder that one! I need now to find out, if you come with the answer for that please let me know. It is totally true if they never learned sounds how can they hear themselves!

That is an unique way to look at it :D
But if they ware deaf from their birth, then they have never heard sound, then how could they talk to themselves like we do ? I mean we recreate those sound in our head, so they can't do that because they have never heard it..
Although I think they talk to themselves in a different way..
