I graduated High School 11 years ago. The curriculum then I thought was kinda tough. Have any of you seen what these kids are learning today.My daughter is in the 5th grade and already doing algebra. I didn't start that till freshman year of high school.I have step daughters in High school that are doing things I would never have thought to be in high school. Forensic Science. They actually plan out murders for the students to figure out.The psoitions of the victims and the murders. I would imagine that would be in college. Are these type classes good for the kids or are we pusing them too hard?What kind of classes do you know about that were not part of your curriculum?
