Many people have difficulty getting a good night's rest. Sleep plays a crucial role in your health and well-being. Often we lose sleep because our minds are preoccupied with going over the day's events or planning for future ones.Organize and allow your thoughts to flow out honestly to better prepare for a good night's rest.

Hi MsEdge, Yes I am very lucky I usually manage to get a goods nights sleep of at least eight hours and get irritable if I don't get enough. I will either have a relaxing bath or read for a while and that usually ensures I go to bed ready to sleep. Ellie :D

I am glad you do ellie.My mind sometimes is preoccupied of alot of things so i get trouble getting enough sleep.

Hi MsEdge, Thank you so much for the best response, relly appreciated. Funnily enough since posting this I haven't been sleeping as well as it has been so cold even with extra layers and not having enough sleep really does take its toll and I have been snoozing late afternoon instead, mind you back into a routine as from today after the holiday break so sleep pattern should hopefully return. Most of the time, I am busy with thinking or something during the day. Thus, in the night, I will be so tired that I soon fall a sleep. Even if I drink 6 cups of coffee, there is no problem.

Before i used to drink coffee just to stay awake all night.I don't do it now.I might drink coffee but not as much as before.I only drink maybe once every week or sometimes not.

I find that it varies. There are some nights, when I sleep really soundly, and get my eight hours. Though at times it is more than that. But I have to admit that there are nights, when I feel that I didn't get enough sleep. But I try to get my eight hours, or at least enough sleep.

It always good to have enough sleep.It keeps you going for the whole day.
