Well the obvious one is to make sure you're eating a healthy balanced diet and are in good physical fitness. You're more likely to conceive if you are in a good weight range for your height. If you are very over or under weight it can increase the chance of complications for mother and baby.
If you are actively trying to get pregnant you should also be taking folic a acid. This is a B vitamin that can greatly reduce the chances of a baby developing things like Spina Bifida. This can be obtained from your local chemist.

You must eat nutritious food , fruits and lots of protein and fiber. Drink milk every day , walk for sometime daily in the evening . Eat food at regular intervals in small amounts. drink lots of water and juices. All these would ensure a healthy baby.

If you are trying to get pregnant start taking prenatal vitamins they will help to make sure your body has the nutritein it needs. Folic acid is one of the most important nutrients when you are pregnant and prenatal vitamins will have that. Try to stay away from the caffeine and make sure you eat a healthy balanced diet.
