Ever have a day you just want to put in a jar; or a box, and save it forever. Do you remember a day like that? What day would you like to save, and re-live again? Mine would be; well actually it would be two days. The days my son and daughter were born. Those are two days I could re-live over and over .

My day would be December 24th; my father was in the hospital, we (family) all got together, made dinner, lasagne, ziti, eggplant.. the works. My father was so, so happy. He passed away on December 28th. (4 days later) I would relive that day, over and over again, just to see the smile on my Dad's face... just one more time!

I'm so happy that you have such happy memories of your father. Those are the ones we don't ever want to lose.

My wedding day would be worth re-living if I get a second shot at life

Like you, it would be the day I gave birth to my daughter. I think I will always remember what happened that day. Giving birth is truly a miracle. And of course, my wedding also. Everytime I watch the video, I still cry and I feel overwhelmed.

Of course there are many days were I wish I could have saved it. But one particular would be the day I met my best friend. For with it came a lot of heartbreak, a lot of growing, a lot of understanding. Despite the pain I had to go through, there was a chance for me to...really get to know myself. Get to know him better than I had. Get to understand that once you trust someone...there is the inevitable chance of falling for them. Because of making yourself vulnerable, open, letting someone in to understand you. Not only that...I'll always love him, even if he doesn't want me. I've been in love with him longer than I love him...weird? I guess, I can't really chose a day to save, because all the days with him condense to mere hours, minutes...so truly it would be every day I got to spend with him.

I keep thinking saving the day my children where born would be great; but then I started thinking other days I would like to save. Like the day they took there first steps, and when they first started talking. There are just so many wonderful days with them. I could save them all.
