Anybody tried the turkey buster at home? Home insemination?

I heard some people got success after trying the home insemination kit. I wonder if it is healthy to get pregnant that way. How about IUI? Anyone tried that too? IF you did, how much does it cost? I mean overall, including test, sperm wash and all that stuff. Did you have any success for the first try? Is there a chance you could get pregnant with twins? Anyone?
