What will you do if there is a tiny white ulcer spot in your mouth?

Sometime there will be a tiny white ulcer spot in my mouth. It is so tiny but it hurts very much. I believe it is due to lack of vitamin. I have fruits but it hurts more when the juice of fruit reach it. It is so annoyed every day and it will exist more than a week.
What will you do if there is a tiny white ulcer spot in your mouth?

I get them from time to time, and I HATE them. Try to eat soft foods - mashed potatoes, pastas - and not too much salt.
Also, try Anbesol or Orajel to numb it. They also make little discs that you put over the ulcer that stick to it and protect it. I don't care much those, but they are an option to keep it from getting further aggravated. Hope it gets better soon!

Hi... Nice to meet you here. Recently i just face this problems. It is really pain when you are eating, brushing teeth and drink some sour juice. I use a kind of medicine call "Xi Kua Shuang" at my place. I dont know you know what is that or not. It really useful for ulcer. It cure my ulcer after 2 days. But one thing i know is you must drink more water and drink some honey so that it will recover faster. When you brushing your teeth avoid it then it will recover soon. Happy Myloting!!!
