Have you had naked or raw chocolate? In a powder or a chocolate bar or dessert? Raw cacao is a nut and one of the best things you can have as it is super loaded with antioxidants and magnesium. It is only when most of the unhealthy chocolate companies get it and add sugar, milk and all the other stuff in it that it gets bad for you. I have almond milk chocolate smoothies made with raw chocolate powder and it is nice and healthy too. I also get raw chocolate bars sometimes, that look pretty much the same as cooked chocolate bars - they are organic and fair trade. This is just the start of what you can do with raw chocolate - have you had it or would you like to?

I didn't eat much chocolate. I don't know the different between naked or raw chocolate. All I know there is too much sugar in the chocolate, so I just eat it twice per week, maybe. I will try the raw chocolate. Thanks for the information...

My pleasure, the raw chocolate often uses a sweetener called agave nectar - which is low gi or sometimes dried fruits like dates and goji berries. It is more expensive that normal chocolate but if you are only eating it as a treat that doesn't matter, actually that is a benefit because you eat less.

Wow that sounds great, so did your grandma pick the seed, open them and grind them? Where is the province in the phils? Is it near South America?
