can anyone help me? a conflict between organizations. / myLot

problems are aways in our organization... can anyone help me how to solve this? just like our members having not 1, not 2, but more organizations in our school.. then, in every activities, they only have a little for it, because of thos conficted activities of other organizations that they have. can anyone help me on this? thanks..
