Hi.me too....I love Chinese corn soup.its very sweet not as in sugar sweet but the sweetness of the corn goes into the soup. Besides its very healthy. Yum......

I love crab and corn soup or nido soup. Very simple to make yet very filling. Of course, I love the authentic one but when I crave for it, I'd settle for the instant one.

I too love the taste of corn in chinese soup.Here the soup is a little sweet than other soups.corn is very good for health and we get it here dring the rainy season(june to august).
