Water for baby

How much water can be given to a 5 months baby and at what interval As such she is taking only mother feed

To my mind it should be about 1 & 1/2 an hour alternatively because a only 5 month baby only take water and mother feed. So it is necessary for them to get water in alternatively to safe from dehydration.
