Walking is best exercise

Those who got heart complaints, walking is best for them instead of hard exercise. Walking is such exercise that slowly works in whole body. Happy walking! Thanks

I like walking too. I don't like work in fitness club in aerobics.I like to do what i like the most.I don't walk very far but usuallly i try achieve longer distance as previous times. In the walking you can manage how fast and how long you want walk. Of course in Spring and Summer we all walk more then in Winter. But in cold time i try walk too.Of course sometimes i am lazy too but when i remember how good feel after walking, it helps. I like that from walking can't get traumas from walking as it is possible in another types of fitnes.

Hi! Yeah it is good exercise. Its one way to meditate too. At least in my case it is how I meditate, aside from trying to sleep.LOL! Its the oldest way and easiest way to lose weight too, granted that one doesnt pig out always. It does work on the whole body and its a great way to meet people too. Those who are also walking on the same route as you are. So happy walking to you too.

Walking is a good exercise, particularly for people that find it hard to do heavier exercises. It is meant to exercise the whole body and it is good because it is a weight bearing exercise. If you want to walk more intensely, try walking up hills! Many people come to the hill near me for regular exercise - it is like the free "gym" in our town - every afternoon hundreds of people come to walk up this hill. Our town is quite flat so we don't have many hills.
