These days im getting lag often on Net. Is it Worldwide problem?

Im experiencing low speed these days, and getting ping time out often in chat rooms. Some of my friends have same complain too. Do you have same problem?

i don't know if it happens in other countries too but my internet connection is somewhat slower than before. of course, it may just be my ISP since it really isn't the best connection around.
