Renting Referrals

What exactly is Renting referrals? I know you can buy referrals and earn off of them, but I have been reading my sites and I have seen a lot of them that offer referral renting. I just don't understand...do you pay for the referrral then after a certain amount of time they take them away? or is it like renting a house you pay monthly to keep those referrals...I am sure a lot of you do this either buy or rent referrals and I am not sure if I want to but I do want to know what it is and what it involves...thanks

Renting refferals is wery good thing. But on trusted sites. You rent refferals, usually for one month and of course you pay for them, and during that time they are treated as your refferals. I'm renting on neobux and on 07bux.net and I already paid of theis price. Especially on 07bux where I rented 250 refferals for 55$ and now after about 2 weeks I have 150.89$.:).
