This is what is in each little pack of powder.

well i know it sells in florida and tennessee.. my best friend in florida swore by it!! i took it a few times but i am an Excedrin girl.. Bc has a ton more aspirin compared though.. 650 compared to 250 but Excedrin has 65 caffeine instead of 33.3 lol.. looks like yours win but i think its the caffeine combo that helps.. the only thing i would worry about is if you have ulcers since i think its worse than other things on it.. but hey if you dont have them enjoy the relief!!

Yes, my preference is Goody. They have been around for all of my life (42 years) and probally much longer, becaue I remember as a child that my grandmother took them.
The reason that they work so quickly besides the ingredients is that because they are in powder form, when you take them as directed, they are absorbed in the capilaries under your tongue which goes straight to your blood system. There is not a delay since your body doesn't have to first break the medicine down, and then distribute to pained area. Because of the caffeine in them it also seems to give you a boost of energy, whereby pain normally causes you to drag a bit.
I have a saying that if a Goody powder doesn't fix the pain, then its time to go the Emergency Room. I suffer from Migrain Headaches and that is the only pain that it most likely doesn't effect. Other than that I would opt for it over any prescription pain pill.
