Which PTC site pays the highest per click rate?

Most of the ptc site pays 1 cents per click but do anybody know that is there any maximum paying ptc site in per click basis ?
Please post the response regarding the high paying ptc site along with the payout.

Well, clixsense would pay about 4 cents per add once you upgrade, but then it usually diminishes after that.
