We had never touched the stuff until my husband got the flu in February (he actually had the flu AND an ear infection at once!). The doctor he went to suggested that he either use that or take the Vitamin C & Zinc pills because they would cut down the amount of time he had the flu. After taking the airborne for a day (along with his prescribed meds of course) he was like a new person. The got sick on a Tuesday and was pretty much 100% on Friday. Now I know that just wasn't from the Airborne, but we have tested it out in other situation and it has seemed to help out a lot.
Do you use Airborne? Do you think it helps or is it all a placebo affect?

We have not tried it. My wife will be going on an airplane in a couple of weeks, she always gets sick after doing that, so she is going to try airborne when she goes. So we will see if she is able to not get sick this time.

You don't loose anything by trying it. Studies have show that people under stress are helped by Vitamin C and zinc to help ward off colds.
