Update on Fairy Miera

Well she is in the oven for her first bake. I will post pics of her progress when she is cool enough to take pics. she will be very hot when she comes out of the oven. I will have to bake her twice because of her bubbles. After the last bake I will add hair,eyelashes and paint her eyes and then paint her stump she will sit on. this has been a long slow process cause I messed up her body the first time. She is almost done though and I will start on another one. I think this next one will have a bigger head though.

This is darn cute. But, the words "paint her stump" just sound wrong. :)

she is out of the oven again and has bubbles in her hands. Now when she cools I will paint her eyes, set her wings in, fix her hair on her head and glaze her lips,eyes and nails. Then get her clothes on her and she will be ready for her photo shoot and then listed on ebay.

the next one will either be a mermaid or fairy. Might start both being as how we are under hurricane watch and can't go anywhere. What else am I gonna do?

Well this is my second sculpt like this the first one was the elf baby Kylee. Miera is out of the oven and I am going to add her bubbles and bake her again. But here is a progress pic remember she will have cloths and hair and colored eyes soon.

Just flipped through the pictures you've posted and she looks great! She's got such an amazed look on, like she's fascinated with her bubbles. Can't wait to see what her hair looks like!
