It's very possible that you and your friends may have drawn a spirit to your home. It's a blessing that the spirit listened to your father. With ouija boards, you must be very careful and remember that there are bad spirits that lurk as well as good ones.

Well ghosts aren't usually ill towards people so if I was to tell a non-believer I would only tell if I felt the spirit was going to be ill behaved. I've lived in a trailer that was haunted with friends. I was frightened, and my friend was too but she was a bit of a non-believer.

Easier on the both of you. They don't look at you like your crazy or choose to leave you alone, and you don't have to hear a non-believer's attitude.

i hate the whole "there is no such thing" crap.. or that if there is its automatically a demon.. that irks me.. i have really only had one really bad ghost i have dealt with.. i have had others that would throw things but they were kids or just wanting attention but the evil one omg i never go into that house anymore.. too scared to see and deal with it again

i had one growing up but i was raised to not believe in it so i ignored it and it didnt bother me.. but then the last 7 years i have had several places that have been so i dunno.. i think mine right now is either a portal or some weird ghost bus stop to the other side because i see people literally walking around like you would see on a street headed some where then disappear.. although i did have one that liked to throw crap at me lol

A good friend would tell. I have lived in a few haunted places myself. I remember seeing the spirit of a baby boy in one home. He was dressed in a blue onsie with big eyes. He smiled at me as if to say "Don't worry, I won't harm you". I wasn't scared. I watched the tiny spirit make its way around my bedroom. Then finally, I fell asleep. I went to my grandfather and told him about my experience. He sat down suddenly and started crying. I didn't understand why he was crying. It was just a spirit...right? Wrong! I found out that my grandfather had a baby brother that was born in my bedroom where I was living. At the early age of 2 months, the baby passed away in his crib..in my room! That baby was my great uncle. I feel like God chose my infant great-uncle to be my guardian angel.

yes i would tell them so they would be aware of it. once i went to a friend's house along with our other 3 friends, greeted her mom and sister "good evening" as well as her grandfather and grandmother standing behind them. A few minutes after, her mom and sister left for a party. Dinner time came, the five of us sat on the dining table, then I asked my friend, "why not call your grandparents to join us eat tonight?" She said, "I don't have grandparents, it's only us who are here." Well, I didn't have to say anything more. She already knew then for sure.

I would bring it up to my friend, because I would like them to bring it up to me. Our home use to be used for miners in the late 1700's, well along our spring line is some sort of spirit. I've seen it, my friends have seen it, and at night that is the first place our dogs run to. The spirit seems to stay up in the woods along the spring line, and never seems to be in the house. So I don't think it is one to worry about. I think that a lot of people feel that if you don't acknowledge it, it isn't there, but that isn't the case. The spirit/ghost whatever you want to call it, will still exist there. Luckily my friends are open minded so they wouldn't shrug it off, or think I was crazy.lol.

Once I am totally sure, I will tell them. But you know some people have the ability to see ghosts and others do not. May be the spirits you see are totally harmless and your friends would not even notice them. So the situation is a bit tricky. I am not sure what to tell you. May be you will be able to handle the situation better.

I'll definitely be so spooked I'd tell the owners! But I've never in my life seen a ghost or spirit. I just don't have the 'eye.' I don't feel the cold gust of wind or prickling sensation associated with ghosts. Which is why I'm not really into horror films- I'd rather see an action/suspense one. But yeah, I'll tell the owners about ift if I do feel something just to give them a heads up.

Hello moonlitmagikchild, I don't have to tell my friend that my friend live in a haunted house because she knows and ther are few spirits there, I stayed overnight at her house one day and in the mornining it woke me yo by shaking my shoulder, I thought it was my friend that was waking me so I turned around and she was asleep, then she woke up and asked me why I woke her and I never even touched her and then we both knew it was one her spirit friends waking us up because we were going to Glastonbury in Somerset, we looked at the time and yes if we slept any later we would have missed the train that we were to catch, she won't need and alarm clock just let her spirit friend wake her he he he. I would definitely tell my friend if I saw something eerie in her house. I mean my best friend doesn't believe in ghosts but I would tell her that there was something odd in her house other than her, her husband and the cats. I would want my friends to tell me if they think I am living in a haunted house.

If someone lives in a house that is haunted I think they would figure it out on their own. If they don't see anything in their own house then perhaps it really isn't haunted. I mean I would tell them if they were thinking about buying a home where someone had been murdered or something but if they aren't having any issues then what would be the point in telling them.

I would tell them... my friends are pretty open minded for that kind of stuff and they know I am very open minded too when it comes to that stuff. I would definately tell my friends and family about the experience too. That kind of stuff is exciting to me.
