Snoring!! what did you do about it?

My husband snores and it is very disturbing. I sometimes understand him because His job also is so tiring and when he is so tired he really snores at night. Besides talking while sleeping, he also snores. Sometimes I let him sleep at his side to minimize snoring.
What about you? what is you solution when your partner snores? I know how it feels. Very annoying specially when you really want to sleep and then you can't because of the loud snore? Oh!! Sick...
Just wondering what did you do? Want to know your ideas.

Hi my husband only snores when he is very very tired and normally it is not really loud as in those train chugging types. But when he does snores it does bother me so I would say SHHHHHHH!!!!! very loudly and he would stop. If he continues I would just shake his pillow and he would stop and turn to the other side.

that's exactly what I do.. awaken the snoring person and when he is awake he would stop snoring. it is a problem if he would snore 10 times in anight.. so, your sleep would be disturbed.

Oh!! that is really annoying. I have a friend who snores a lot and it is too loud. I can't sleep when somebody snores. What I did was I keep on making noise to make her awake... Sometimes I tap the bed, the floor and anything that make noise I will do it to disturb her sleep. Once she is awake, she stops snoring.. That's the only thing you do. Awaken him to stop his snoring.

O yea, that is a good idea too.. but what if all the others would be awake because of the noise? they might be upset with me too?

i used 2 snore while sleeping last time, and i read an article indicate that v can control it, coz ppl snoring often with his/her mouth open, so u hav 2 try to control to shut your mouth while sleeping, and u need a good help from your family member, i told my sis, if she hear me snoring, just wake me up...i tried this method around 3 months, then i stop snoring till now...but this onli can help for ppl who r not very serious...and sometimes if really really tire, u also can't control abt it...but i heard that doctor can actually fix this snoring problems...
