Why mean girls getting the upsides of life?

I had a lot of officemates before who are really mean as in their treatment to other co workers are so bad, they talked about the weaknesses of others just to get what they want but even they did those things they seemed to be rewarded it just seemed so unfair don't you think?

I think they will get what is coming to them. They may be being mean to co-workers now, and pointing out their weaknesses but someone needs to point out theirs at some point and the bosses will see that.
