I do believe it. Work and activism are the most important things in my life, but I believe you must let your hair down sometimes, and go a little crazy, forgetting your responsibilities (within reason, don't be idiotic) and just having fun. I think this applies to all ages of people. You've never too old!!

hi sandeep...perhaps it can make someone dull, but also it is definitely not healthy and will make someone irritable. you need to relax and think about other things besides work. you could go insane without refreshing your thots.
