Do you allot some time for exercise daily or just do it when you get time?

Excercise is very important to our body.It not only keeps us fit, but also active and brisk. Exercise can be in any form - walking,jogging,aerobics,swimming etc..How often do you work out? Do you allot some time daily for exercise? Or you do some exercise whenever you get some free time? How much importance do you give for exercise?

I go to the gym 3-5 times during the week but I walk neraly everyday as well. I usually walk on a Monday morning and then gym on the night. Walk on a Tuesday morning. Walk on a Wednesday afternoon and then gym on night. Walk on a Thursday morning and maybe gym later on in the day. Walk on Friday afternoon and then gym on Saturday and Sunday morning. I think Ive been overdoing it at gym lately actually because my legs are very sore so am trying to rest more but I need to lose weight lol.

Right now that there is no school, I only work out when I have time but, since school will be starting soon, I will be ablto walk twice a day because I walk my kids to school. It's only three blocks from our house so I walk with them to and from school in the mornings and afternoons when they are out. I usually do a workout video after my walks in the morning. I like pilates, aerobics, ball exercises, and anything challenging. What about you guys, what do you like to do?

Walking is a best and cheap exercise. It does not need any investment. The only thing needed is some time. And you will be getting it in few days. Leaving the kids in school and bringing them back to home is a good exercise. You do not have to plan for scheduling it..

I do alot of walking everyday.....and on my days off I use my exercise bike. I do think exercise is important toward maintaining our health...it keeps the muscles strong...the heart strong...circulation in good working order and for us older folks..keeps us from stiffening up!

I exercise when I have time available. I like to swim so I do that when I am going to be here for the day. It is a fun thing to do and since I live in a lake community I can just take a short drive to the lake and do my swimming. It is alwlays a challenge to find exercise to do when it is too cold to swim.
