welll... its really hard to say NO to your friends...not only close one... but also the ppl who are just friends... mostly i do not say no to my friends.. its really hard...

If I badly needed to say no not only to friends but to all who needs my answer. It is really hard to say no especially to someone close or dear to your heart. But if you have to, no need to prolong the process. Say it right there & then.

i also feel the same thing there is more difficulty saying no to the person you know and to the person whom you don't know it feel that as if we are trying to escape from this situation if we can help the person then it is ok, but in some other situation if we can't help then say no there & there

i wont give my word if i think i cant really do the favor, it would be unfair for him to hope but in the end will just get disappointed..

it depends on the circumstances..if he is my real friend he will know whether i would say yes or no to him for any such situation...even if he doesnt then there is nothing wrong in saying no if we are really incapable...

i have never hesitated to say no whenever i had to say it to anyone. probably i am very crude person. but then that is good in a way, because no one will take you for granted. also saying no is the most difficult thing in a inter personal relationship.

one thing about me and my close friends we are and always been straight up with each other, plenty i've ask my best friend if he can do something he just tell me no, same for me i tell him no if i can't or just don't have time.

Yes I have a very dear friend of mine whom you can even consider to be my brother. I know that he would do anything for me even if its not that legal and I'd do almost anything for him to (though this isn't so rare because I do all I can for my friends). Probably the hardest thing that I had to say no to him was this past couple of years he asks me to join him on family outings and I'm not able to join him for most of his invitations. I know its not much but it really affects me because I want to be as available to him as he is for me. Well it always makes me feel bad if I can't do anything for my friend even if its a simple favor.
