Hey, 3D Animations is quite a varied and complex subject. To get a training in 3D animations, it is best to personally get trained from an animation institute. You can try to learn it from books, ebooks and tutorials too, but it won't give the best results. For 3D animation, you need a 3D modelling software like Blender, 3Ds Max, Maya, etc. Out of these, Blender is an open source and free software. 3Ds Max and Maya are industry-grade and are very expensive. All the softwares have a slightly different approach in creating animations. So you first decide which software are you comfortable in and then become an expert in creating animations in that software. Blender has great tutorials and resources on the interent, so you can try it out yourself and i bet you'll get a basic understanding of creating 3d Animations and even become good at it.
