Millions of people use organizers, palm pilots, calendars, personal assistants, sticky notes, and date books to help them manage their busy lives. Often we micro-manage our lives and schedule our time so much that it comes at the price of our own freedom. Instead of scheduling another meeting with your co-workers, schedule one with yourself. Make the most of today because tomorrow is never guaranteed.Do you allow these organizers to rule your life? Do you allow space for personal time?

I use to let it. I use to help everyone all the time and never had time to myself to do anything I wanted or ever felt like doing anything because I was so worn out.
Now for awhile I have made sure that I have time for me and to do something I want even if it's nothing.

Hi MsEdge, Oh in my youth I was panicing if there was a space in the diary but these days I am quite selfish with wanting ME time and will make sure I get it. It is important to take time to do something for yourself whether that be to sit quiet with a book, watch a favourite programme on TV or to take a quiet stroll alone somewhere. Ellie :D
