describe happiness?

actually we used to do that in philosophy class at university our teacher were saying something and we were describing it with one sentence, so i wanted to share with you people, well for me happiness is sharing your joy with others well what about you? can you describe hapiness in one sentence? if you can what is that sentence?happy mylottings

well for me, happiness is that we enjoy contentment of love, peace, and health.

i get happinest very easily. for instance if im really into a boy .( wich btw im a 16 yr old boy crazy teen) i get really happy just wen they call me. or i get happy wen i read a good book. or watch a good show. or wen. mylotting makes me really happy. just becuz i love writing andmaking money for it just makes me estatic. but i dnt think that happinest can b summed up not completlly in one single sentence. mayb a paragraph but no way a sentence.
