Do you need a verified paypal account in order to buy stuff?

I currently have $30 in my paypal account and it's from online websites that helped me make money online. Do I have to verify my paypal account with a debit/credit card in order to make the purchases.
Or can i buy stuff as long as i have money in my account.

You can buy stuff, but some places require that it is verified. It is best to get a verified account though. It is a lot easier and more convenient.

Absolutely. I've been using PayPal to buy stuff for several years, and I'm not verified.
