I have not been expelled from an internet-forum, but I am sure I will be very soon.
I belong to a few forums for people with ME (many people call it chronic fatigue syndrom). We used to discuss reserach and share our experiences with eachother. Then a year ago the discussions about a controversial method called Lightening process began. Now the management has decided that noone can ask anyone any questions about their health or about LP unless they want to be asked.
Today a man told us he was feeling better than ever during the last 7 years. His improvement came after he had eaten half a teaspoon of baking soda every morning. It is apparantly the new cure for ME - a neurological disease according to the World health organization. The trouble began when we asked him what had happened? He told us with great joy that he got well after using LP in november - a training program used to stop dysfunctional thoughts. We all shared his joy. Now he says he did not really get well - he had just learnt that he was well from his LP coach. Seeing that those of us that did not try LP got told we lacked motivation and did not want to get well we naturally wanted to ask him what he meant. Did he think he was well when he told us, or what?
The next one who ask any questions will get expelled.
Thats my story of my soon to be expulsion.
Did you ever get thrown out of an internet community?
Any other group?
What did it?
