High heels or flat shoes?

What kind of shoes are you comfortable wearing of? - For me I am much comfortable wearing a flat shoes than a high heels. If tried high heels but it just gave a problem wearing it. It hurts my gastroc nemious and all through out my feet and sole. I can even run with my flat shoes. How about you?

I like flats too maybe a little heel, but I have never mastered the art of wearing high heel shoes. I admire those that can they really do look good to me on ladies.

I am a flat shoes kind of girl. I can barely walk in high heels because i have poor balance. I usually wear tennis shoes or flip flops. Honestly though, if it was safe to walk around bare foot i would prefer that even more. I hate having stuff on my feet.

I love to get dressed up and wear a higher heeled shoe, i think it makes you feel so good, but there isn't many times or places that i get a chance to wear them these days so normal times I just settle for flats...

i love wearing heels! but basically i wear heels when i go to work or if there's any special function outside. if not i'll just settle with flats
