Horse Meat

Have you tasted horse meat? it tasted like beef but its more tender. my mother in law brought it from 1 of the province here in our country. we marinated it with soy sause, vinegar and lemon juice. we boil the horse meat together with the mixture. after its tender, we fry it. the meat turns black though its burned but its not. it tasted so good that you will ask for more.

I have never tasted horse meat, they did have some on a cooking show not so long ago and they took it to a horsr racing meeting for people to try.
My dad used to tell me that they put horse meat in kebabs
