Web cam picture quality

I have Logitech quickcam Webcamera. That webcamera when i connect with my yahoo messenger i got the blurr picture. Does anybody know the solution for getting good quality picture? Please suggest if any.........

yeah, the best thing is to adjust to focus on the center sensor of your cam, i have am a4tech cam, just like yours it has an adjustment
