My Easy Fab Diet

Well I know there are a million diets out there but I have kinda developed my own personal plan that works for me. It's not a typical diet because there is no depriving yourself of the foods you like only a cut back in the size portions. My eating regiment consists of eating a light breakfast, a simple fruit snack, a lunch of something like grilled chicken caesar salad, a veggie or fruit snack and then dinner. So basically its eating 5 smalls a day. i have discovered first hand that by doing this my metabolism stays in high gear and I actually lose weight. It does take some getting used to because I didnt eat breakfast before and once i started eating it I would find myself feeling full longer, so to compensate I ate smaller portions. I lost over 12 pounds in two weeks. Im not proclaiming to be a diet guru but it worked for me. And for exercise I did small things like taking the stairs and parking at the back of the parking lot. Nothing drastic.

Good for you! Yes, smaller portions but more meals a day is something that has been recommended by many dietitians and nutritionists. Small changes in our dietary habits can have a great impact. Congratulations on your weight loss!
