Eveything I cook is the same and boring! It doesn't help that my husband is a very picky eater. He doesn't really like vegetables. If he can see onions, tomatoes..etc... in his food he won't eat it at all. The only vegetables he eats are green beans, corn, and potatoes. I don't like garlic, celery or onions in my food other than that I'm good. He LOVES chicken! We can go to a Steak House and he orders chicken. So, I was wondering if someone could help me try something new to surprise him with! Thank you!

I agree. He was brought up on frozen pizza, fast food and hamburger helper. I was raised on garden vegetables and southern comfort food! hehe! I had never had hamburger helper until we were dating which was just 6 years ago. (I was 16!!) I LOVE POPPY SEED CHICKEN!! I had forgot about it... THANK YOU! Have a great weekend!

welcome to mylot khenson hope you like it here like most of us do. i saute with garlic and butter some cubed cut chicken fillet. then put cream of mushroom, a little milk and water to lessen the strong taste of the cream of mushroom. when it boils i put mushroom and baby corn and some string beans.... then it is ready to eat. god with bread or with pasta. hope you enjoy.

Thank you for your response! I would like to try this as well. I will have to leave out the mushroom but we love baby corn and string beans. It sounds like something good for my daughter as well! :)

Marinate your chicken pieces with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, chilli powder and some cinnamon pieces, cardamom roughly shred, and cloves. Keep aside for some time. Cut onions long and fry till golden brown and slightly crisp. Add the marinated chicken in and fry for some time. Then cook till tender. You can also add some tomatoes to the fried onions and cook them till they really gets smashedup. Put it in a mixi and grind it all up. Then put the chicken pieces and fry for some time and cook till tender. Make it a litle spicy. You may also boil some prunes and add them to the chicken. Let me know if h e likes this recipy. Happy cooking.

I don't have the recipe but it is a crock pot recipe and it is something like this... Chicken, cream cheese, italian dressing powder, salt and pepper. Mix in crock pot for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Eat with veggies. I think it is something like that, I don't have measurements. but you can always experiment.

I love food with soysauce. Anything with soysauce or terryikai and I am a very happy person. This sounds like something I will really enjoy. Thank you for your recipe for adobo.
