Need some expert cooks to give advice on brisket

I purchased a small brisket at the store recently, and really have no clue as to what to do with it or the best way to cook it. They usually have huge briskets enough to feed several people like a picnic, so I have never bought one before. But the store has been selling much smaller ones and now I need help. Anyone have a favorite way to fix brisket, or a favorite method to cook it, oven versus crock pot. Any advice is welcomed.
