Yogurt has healthy bacteria but the challenge is that most commercial yogurts are full of sugar, bad fat and growth hormones.
Choose organic plain non-fat yogurt because if it is not organic, you are taking in growth hormones which will make you "grow" and get too big.Add a touch of organic jam to the yogurt and it will keep the calories low and it will make it yummy.
what is your pick?

I personally like the Activia yogurt; the one that helps your digestive system stay regular. I know that isn't a fun topic for anyone but it really helps you body stay regular and enables all of the waste to leave you're body in a timely manner. I am not a huge fan of fyogurt so in order for me to eat it on a regular basis I have to have some kind of incentive or reason to do so. I think staying healthy is a great incentive. As far as flavor goes, I prefer the vanilla, strawberry, and peach more so than all of the others!

Yes, I've been aware of that long before my dear. That is why I refrain from buying yogurts we have here in the market since I got to learn about that. Now, thank you for giving me the tip to buy ogranic plain non-fat yogurt but I hope I can get that kind in the nearest supermarket or maybe at Healthy Options. Thanks again dear!
