He's interested in you on some level. If the feeling is mutual you may want to give some indication that you share the feeling (a smile, a touch on th arm) If you are not interested then try to avoid giving any mixed signals which may lead him on.

well, i think he was attracted to you. maybe, he see something and he wants to tell it to you. he's thinking of a reason how will he tell it to you. or he thinks you look like someone that he knows. the best thing you can do is to ask him. why is he looking at you. i think its not bad to ask.

am!maybe that guyz feel sometimes for you.your just attracted to view.or maybe he likes you.it's has lots of meaning.and maybe he wanted you so badly.and also maybe he is fallin out of love to you...just an opinion my dear.for you,how do you find it?..

he is trying to determine whether or not he can be your friend or be your FRIEND - get it? maybe he likes you and is trying to find out if u would be interested too.
