I think that is quiet right because world is not ideal, and for achieving peace we should fight for it and remain fighting for it.

According to geeta, we should follow Saam ,Daam, Bhed,Dand. First convince your opposition ,if that doesn't works then entice them by offering advantage if he still goes on then disclose his secrets if this even doesn't work Then punish him.

In my opinion, peace can only be achieved by negotiating. You may be right if you are thinking in this way that at the end of each war there is peace but you must also think that every war leaves behind the destruction, killings of innocent people even old and children too. So, I think negotiating over every thing is better than declaring a war. After every war, the countries have gone decades in past. You can see the example of Japan in World War II. US bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki with Nuclear Weapons and almost wiped both cities from the face of World. The after coming generations of both cities have genetic problems because of that Nuclear attack.
