The other day i was reading a newspaper and i happened to read an article.It stated that over dosage of exercise leads to hairloss.This is in reference to the people who workout for atleast 2-3 hours a day.This hairloss is mainly due to excess pressure on the nerves and muscles.So i just wanted to know if this is true and did anyone experience this?
