Bumble bee chicken salad

It was ok. But then I like Tuna better. I make my own at home put in frig. and if I'm fast I mite get some. lol. my son and roommate are fast at cleaning out the frig.

I love chicken salad. I don't think I have ever had the canned stuff. I might have to check the dollar store next time I am there and see if they still have them. I know they used to. I have seen them many times, but I have never bought them because I was not sure how it would taste. Now that I have a review to go by I will be more willing to try them in the future. I make this chicken salad for my brother sometimes with fried chicken and lots of Cajun seasoning and Mayo. That is it. 3 ingredients. I tried it with veggies the first time I made it, but her prefers it without the veggies.

That is a great idea and a quick, cheap lunch! You are very clever to make two meals out of one thing like that. And you will always have it there waiting for you at work if you put a few of them in your desk drawer. Clever girl! Have a great day and happy myLotting!!

i love chicken salad especially homemade. they also have tuna, ham & seafood salad in the bumble bee brand. i use to buy then to carry for my luch when i was working. they are pretty good.

I love chicken salad. I usually make my own. I never really looked at the dollar store here for the Bumble Bee salad. Buying it allready made would be lots faster than making it myself. thanks for telling me that.

I have had the little Bumble Bee chicken salad kits. Those are so good! I used to take them for my lunch several years ago. They were pretty quick and easy to just grab, along with a fruit, and head out the door. I can't remember why I stopped eating them. I guess I just got out of the habit.

hi jillhill my i am late four years wonder if I did respond to this? anyway I used to take those bumblebee kits for lunch when I wor ked at the library and made like you did, a sandwich with it,was'[soi easy and really delicious too.so now I have resurrected to your old discussion as I like bumblebee chicken salad and their tuna salad too

I love homemade chicken salad but the can type have sweet pickles in it and i am allergic to sweet pickles.

I like chicken salad, but I've never used canned chicken in making it. I make chunky chicken salad using leftover chicken. I never add pickles, but I do add things such as onion, carrots, curry powder, turmeric, black pepper, peppers, etc. I am a use-what-I-have-on-hand kind of girl for the most part, so I come up with some interesting (but tasty) combinations for stuff.
